I am in awe of Adele and forever grateful for her role in opening up a beautiful direction in my life. I contacted her on a holiday weekend, and since then, she took me under her wing, treating me like a daughter. Every step of the way, she was looking out for my best interests and giving spot-on advice (and good laughs). She responds to every call and text almost immediately, and at all hours. No question or concern is too small. She's always thinking ten steps ahead. Her ethics are unwavering. And you can feel she has genuine heart. I just love her and admire her so much. The condo she found me was a dream, and something I thought was a bit beyond my reach. When it suddenly had multiple offers on the table, I was prepared to let it go, but Adele wasn’t. In moments like that, her experience and intelligence stand out. With positivity and finesse, she negotiated on my behalf and got the deal done. It's remarkable how she operates and, thanks to her, I just closed on the home! She did the same for my parents a few years ago. They fell in love with a gorgeous house with multiple competitive offers. Adele got the deal for them. As my father struggles with a disability, this property she got them has been a saving grace. Through both these experiences, it's clear that Adele's joy comes from seeing her clients happy. I’m so grateful for her impact of my life and my parents' lives. After all those years of walking past Coldwell Banker on Plandome Rd and seeing her name on all the top awards, I thoroughly understand why she won them!
